City view – Westside, no balcony, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 2 separated queen-size beds.Address: 4040 Galt Ocean Drive – 8th floor.The Ocean Manor is a beautiful resort on Galt Ocean Mile, the best location in Fort Lauderdale.It has a large bedroom with one queen-sized bed and another queen-sized bed separated by a wall and door for your comfort.There is one smart Roku 32′ TV and one smart Roku 55′ TV, a dresser with 6 drawers, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet.The bathroom is completely tiled with a sink and walk-in shower.Mini kitchen equipped with mini refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, electric skillet, utensils, glasses, dishes, and cutlery is supplied, with a table with 4 chairs.Tiled floors throughout the apartment.We provide:* Bed linens, and 1 towel kit per person.* Iron and ironing board.* Hairdryer.*Free WiFi (no password) in the whole building and into the apartment.* Non-smoking Condo.* Laundry Room in the Basement (not included in the rental rate).* Valet Parking no matter how many times you get in and get out (not included in the rental rate).* There is no other parking available in the neighborhood.*Only 21 years old person allowed.*Buses and trolleys are available on the street.The resort has a large heated pool and private access to the beach, it’s also right on the ocean.Tiki Bar in the pool area, a restaurant in the lobby area, a Beauty salon, a Coffee shop, 24h front desk, and a convenience store.The condo is within walking distance to shopping, and groceries and you can enjoy the nightlife and local bars.It’s close to Commercial Boulevard, Oakland Park, and the Pier in Lauderdale by the Sea, which is a great place for nightlife with local bars.
