Less than 4 miles (10 minutes) to the Burbank Airport. 14 Miles to downtown Los Angeles (e.g., Walt Disney Concert Hall). 20 miles to the Santa Monica Pier and the beach. The house is just over 2,000 SF with high ceilings throughout and vaulted ceilings in the Living Room. New floors throughout, new stove, refrigerator, and washer and dryer.
