Large, Comfy Family House w/ Lake & Beach accessBring the whole family with you for some fun in the sun. The house is located on a 250-acre former youth camp, and if you are looking for relaxation or play, you will find it here. Just a short walk or golf cart ride down to a shared private beach, trails, pickleball, and playing fields for kids. Guests are free to use all the kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, games, and toys. It is also close to several ski mountains, (Sunapee 35 mins, Crotched 20, and Pats Peak 15), all great family mountains.This home is quite spacious with an updated kitchen and living space. Plenty of room for the family to spread out, and a separate game room for the kids! Note* The big green barn building behind the house is the camp’s maintenance shop. We use it to store the equipment mostly. It is pretty quiet most of the time, and we are still waiting for the green giants to grow up as a fence.The house has a private parking area and is nestled in a private wooded area. Plenty of parking for all your friends and family.You will have access to White pond lake. It is a semi-private lake with 150 feet long beach access for the camp guests only.There are all different sizes of lifejackets, beach chairs, zero gravity chairs, paddles, etc. in the boathouse. Please put everything you take out back to the original place after each day of use.
