It does possess art, rugs and furniture by recognized Maine artists, and authentic nautical motifs throughout – some salvaged from the training ship of Maine Maritime Academy. (Optional TH: Extra fee $149/ night applies).The brand new Carriage House (CH) is also available separately and sleeps 6 in two bedrooms plus conv couch. In other words, you will be sharing the property but not accommodations. The only thing they share is the driveway. Assigned parking, separate laundry and outside sitting areas as well as mature landscape helps keep things private and orderly. If you rent one you can expect to find others enjoying the other. They were designed and sited to maximize privacy and optimize view corridors.
