Features a cozy wood-burning fireplace with stunning views of the backyard, as well as a 3-season porch with plenty of natural sunlight, access to the outdoor fire pit, and an enclosed dog kennel.Near Gunstock and Tenney Mountains for winter fun, plus all the water adventures that the Lakes Region has to offer! Dip into nearby lakes: Squam, Winnisquam, Waukewan, or Winnipesaukee.The space: Large, sprawling family home with plenty of beds and bedrooms, as well as a pull out sofa and blow up mattress. Lots of room for dining, complete with extra chairs and folding tables when needed. A great space for family reunions and holidays! Pet friendly.Guest access: You’ll have the entire house to yourselves, as well as access to the land if you want to go exploring. The only locked room will be the utility room in the basement.
