This lovely 3350 sq ft home is located close to charming downtown Carmel and is just short drive to Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, Monterey and Carmel Valley. It’s located off scenic Highway 1 on a quiet street with no through access.The downstairs hosts a beautiful, large open kitchen and family room, an ideal gathering space for dinner parties or family time. There is an additional spacious living room and adjacent formal dining room. Ample windows throughout let in abundant natural light from the unobstructed views of Hatton Canyon. Large flat screen TVs and Carmel stone fireplaces complement the downstairs spaces. Offset from the main rooms is a guest bedroom (Queen pull out) with its own HDTV, and half bath around the corner.Upstairs are the master bedroom (King bed) and 2 additional bedrooms (Queen beds) and 2 full baths.
