Located on Jones Street, you’ll wake up to some of the prettiest views in town and be within a short walk from several historic landmarks and points of interest.The first floor of this home is up one flight of stairs, over the garden apartment. You’ll enter in the foyer, where you can walk straight back to the kitchen, go upstairs, or enter the living room. Two large rooms combined, the living space has plenty of comfortable seating and a large collection of books. The floor to ceiling windows fill the space with light, and are reminiscent of the days when Savannahians were taxed by how many doors they had to their home. The formal dining room has seating for six, with an additional table and chairs in the eat-in kitchen with an additional seating area and TV. With two two ovens and two stove tops, this home is perfect for a family holiday getaway!The first of four bedrooms has a king sized bed, couch, and french doors to a private deck overlooking the courtyard.. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite bath with freestanding tub. With two closets, you’ll have plenty of room to unpack and settle in. On the third floor are the last two bedrooms. These connected bedrooms are perfect for guests with children!
