The large and open concept great room offers a generous and comfy L-shaped couch, wood fireplace, flat screen TV w/streaming options, dining area with seating for 8, breakfast bar, and compact and efficient kitchen with updated appliances. The large sliding glass door to a small deck and floor to ceiling glass windows give lots of natural light and the ‘Martis Valley Vistas.’ Rounding out this floor is a full bath with a stand up shower off the kitchen and a glass door to a back patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining area.From the main living space, journey up a few steps to the main bedroom. The main bedroom is furnished with king size comforts, en suite bath with a bathtub/shower combo, dedicated work space, and a flat screen tv w/streaming options. A glass slider leads to the top deck. Additionally, a full size washer and dryer closet is offered off the main bedroom.From the main bedroom landing, head up a few more stairs to the bedroom floor. Three bedrooms and one bath are offered on the top floor. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, and the kid’s bedroom offers one single bunk and an additional twin (sleeps 3). The shared bath is equipped with a bathtub/shower combo.One additional hang out space is offered at this spacious property! From the great room, head downstairs to the most perfect hang out spot for the kids in the group! Furnished with a flatscreen TV w/streaming options, an L shaped couch, and games to keep them occupied. Garage access to the home is through this area, and there’s lots of room to store your winter coats and boots.What we really love about this property is all the different areas to hang out! This home is the perfect spot for multiple generations or two families. The driveway is a moderate hill with a turn and is shared with the neighboring home. There is (1) garage space and room for (3) total vehicles. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
