Mapu Place is a bright spacious 3-bedroom home in Princeville. Its open floor plan and vaulted ceilings gives a large welcoming feeling. There are wood floors throughout the great room and bedrooms. The bathrooms and kitchen have lovely travertine tile. There are ceiling fans throughout the house including in the kitchen and master bathroom. All counter tops are granite. This is truly an executive house.The master suite is on the far side of the house giving it privacy. Through this bedroom you will find the master bathroom with his and her sinks but also his and her shower heads in the large open shower. The two other rooms both containing king size beds. A bathroom that has a Jacuzzi tub joins the two rooms. A fourth sleeping space is in the loft with two twin beds.The kitchen is one of the many highlights of the home. The large island has a double sink, dishwasher and wine refrigerator. There is a gas stove with an electric oven. The built-in microwave is also a convection oven. There are plenty of dishes, platters, serving bowls, wine glasses and even champagne glasses for wining and dinning at home. The kitchen includes quality pots and pans, crock-pot, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, toaster, mixing bowls, etc.The lanai is off the kitchen. It has a couch and two comfortable seats with ottomans. The yard has banana trees, bamboo, lemon trees, palm trees and more. The morning is bright and beautiful on the lanai and cool and shady in the afternoons. The second lanai has a large gas grill.The great room has a large open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. The dining room has a large teak dining table that seats 6. The living room has a 65-inch flat screen TV with apple TV and a blue ray player. There is WiF through out the house.The loft also has a flat screen TV. There is a foosball table along with board games and puzzles. In the Two-car garage that you can pull your car into, are three bikes.
