Nestled amongst mature landscaping, the property offers luxurious privacy. Fine finishings with a relaxed tropical feel make up this open floor plan one story home, resulting in flowing trade winds and lots of natural light. The interior living area opens up to a covered lanai and private swimming pool. The pool area has an outdoor dining table and bar area, chaise lounges, and a covered bale with a daybed and newly renovated full bathroom with shower.The master bedroom with private access to the pool area has a King bed with ensuite bath, split a/c unit, and large sitting area equipped with a sofa sleeper. The remaining three bedrooms each have a Queen bed and a/c units. There is also a bonus room off one of the guest rooms with two twin trundle beds, perfect for families with children. The floors are travertine tile throughout except for the bedrooms which have carpet.Just a few houses off the beach, the home has public beach access to the famous Kailua Beach.
