The Owner has severe allergies to pet dander and per hair. Therefore there is a “No Pet” policy in place for this property. The law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/ assistance animal for medical or metal purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the law.No events, parties or large gatherings.**Stays booked for longer than 2 weeks will include a complimentary bi-monthly cleaning service.** Additional charges may apply for pool heat.
