We emphasize a strict no party policy; DJs, live music, loud speakers, and any gatherings that could disrupt the tranquility of our residential community are expressly prohibited. Guests who fail to comply with these guidelines will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund provided.Our home is nestled in a serene and quiet neighborhood, and maintaining a harmonious relationship with our neighbors is paramount. We ask guests to be considerate and keep noise levels low, particularly after 10pm. This helps us ensure that the tranquil ambiance of the community is preserved.Inside our home, we have adopted a strict no smoking policy to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of all guests. Violation of this policy may incur additional cleaning fees to address odor and stains. Our guests’ cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated.Parking is facilitated for up to six cars, arranged side by side on the driveway. We kindly ask guests to refrain from parking on the curb or sidewalks to ensure the seamless flow of traffic and pedestrian movement.
