With incredible ocean views, you can relax and enjoy the beauty of an ocean sunrise, sunset, and dolphins playing. Also a short walk to the Boathouse restaurant and Breach Inlet!Features include:Completely renovated throughout interior and exterior in 2017, two Living areas with Panoramic Ocean views, Spacious deck with outdoor dining overlooking ocean, two upstairs bedrooms with sundecks with ocean views, large well equipped kitchen with dining area, gas grill on deck, Easy access to sandy beach and outdoor shower on ocean level. All bathrooms have been updated as of 2017. The upstairs family room has breathtaking views with two large sofas, one of which will be a newly updated queen sleeper as of spring 2021. Which can be used as an additional sleeping area. Owners have provided 2 kayaks and lifejackets for guest use as well as beach games including cornhole. WiFi and linens are included. No Smoking.
