This unit has a rare, private roof top balcony – it is the best feature!! We have many units in the same building that are fresh and updated, but this is not one of them. The price reflects this. It’s a good deal for an older unit. If you want modern & updated, we can give you other units in the building to check out for a little more money. If you are okay with ‘retro beachy cottage style, no frills, staying at grandma’s old beach condo that’s a bit out dated’ then this place will work fine. No frills people that like camping are a fan of this unit. It definitely does the job for a family beach vacation on a budget.Retro beachy vibe condo with cable TV and Wi-fi included. Great views, location and large private sundeck. A queen bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room. Magnificent Gulf of Mexico views from the living room and private sundeck. All linens & towels are included. The kitchen has dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. The private deck has plenty of room to watch the activities at the pool and the beach.Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away!
