Description
This entire home is located up scenic South Palm Canyon Drive off of where North Canyon takes a turn. It is convenient to all the shops and services of North Palm Canyon, but quietly nestled in a small quiet 34-unit one-story mid-century condominium community with an inner courtyard of grass and mature landscaping. A Heated pool with new furniture and umbrellas and adjacent spa have great views of the surrounding mountains and trees on either side, and my favourite- a second quiet North pool that also has spectacular views and new lounges, tables, and chairs out the back door.I love to work at here at my second home with full Wi-Fi, printer, 65″ smart TV with soundbar, cable, fax, and free US/Canada land line phone; it is Electronics-friendly. The kitchen is original 1926 white, with an updated cook-top, and sink and two ovens and most small appliances. Living room is sunken with 1 step and has a original Malm Fireplace with complimentary logs. The two bedrooms and living room look out to your own large central Atrium garden with a large glass table/ 6 roomy cushioned chairs/ lounge and colourful bougainvillea and calliandra. Hummingbirds live here. This Landscape has up-lighting. The Guest or Master bath contains a step-down shower and the Master/Guest bedroom bathroom tub also has a shower- choose your master. Large walk-in closet with enough closet space for The Queen. The immediately surrounding area is very pedestrian and bicycle-friendly and the front porch has also room for storage and the bbq is located here. Tennis courts and gym not in our smaller complex but it is available close by. Grocery shopping, great restaurants, Koffi/Starbucks, banks, hardware stores and shopping centers within 5- minutes. Major stores, are about 10 minutes away. Airport is about a 15.00 Uber drive. Art galleries and downtown with all the great restaurants and features are a 8-minute drive. Hang around and quietly read, sip beverages in your privacy, or enjoy the many exciting close-by events and attractions. We know the area and are happy to share with you our visiting suggestions.
