The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal at home. The formal dining room sits just off of the gathering room, overlooking the beautiful live oak trees covered in Spanish Moss.The first bedroom is adjacent to the living room, separated by pocket doors, and features a Queen bed, decorative fireplace, and smart television. The second spacious bedroom features two Queen beds, and a wall-mounted TV. The stylish third bedroom has a Queen bed, a chaise lounge chair, wall-mounted TV and spacious closet. The full bathroom features the original, refinished claw foot tub/shower, with a small powder room just next to it.Head out to the back of the home down the stairs to find shared patio space that offers seating for four, and a gas grill – perfect for those summer evening cookouts!Just two blocks from Forsyth Park, you’ll be ideally located to enjoy the Forsyth Farmers Market on Saturdays. Grab some coffee from the Sentient Bean or try lunch at Savannah’s well-known Colin’s Quarter in the park. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
