Large private 400 sf front porch plus rear covered deck. One block from downtown, 2 blocks to grocery store, and 4 blocks to beach & boardwalk. Ideal rental if you have someone with difficulty climbing stairs or use a wheelchair, as there is an elevator which opens directly into the unit. (NOTE: we DO NOT rent for Senior Wk/Spring Break/Prom Weekend/etc.)UNIT AMENITIES: 8 beach tags and 6 beach chairs are provided (children under 12 do not need beach passes).
