The townhome features multiple living spaces including, a main living space as well as a loft with Air Hockey and the 6th bedroom (Bunk Bed Room) also serves as a living space as it has a sitting area with a TV and Shuffleboard.The home is ideal for multiple families as each bedroom has an attached bathroom and the bedrooms are spread over 3 floors. There are decks with sitting areas off the both main living space and the Master Bedroom and both the main livings space and master bedroom feature gas fireplaces. The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and includes a bar with seating and opens to the great room and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax and gather. The brand new private hot tub is located off the Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor.Access to Lift 7 is less then a 1 minute walk from the front door of the townhome. Hiking trails abound in the millions of acres of the pristine San Juan National Forest. Explore mountain biking, backpacking, fly-fishing, hiking, four-wheeling, and nearly every other high alpine recreational pursuit directly out the front door. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
