The Westin Desert Willow Villas is a resort property conveniently located near the Coachella Music Festival. Amenities include several swimming pools, fitness studio/gym, tennis courts, jogging trails, and golf course.This unit is the larger Premium (870 sq. ft) 1 bedroom/1 bath villa with room for up to 4 adults and is available for Coachella Music Festival weekend 2 (April 18-22, 2024).The Westin is a vacation ownership (timeshare) property. As an owner, I have these dates reserved. A couple of weeks prior to your stay, I will place your name on the reservation and send you your Westin confirmation # so you can check-in on check-in day.Features include:•Master bedroom with King Heavenly Bed and HDTV•Westin Heavenly Bath (whirlpool tub, large shower, 2 vanities)•Living Area with sofa bed, HDTV, DVD player, Bose sound system•Dining Area•Breakfast Bar•Full Kitchen (range with oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, dinnerware)•Washer and Dryer•Private Balcony or Patio•In-Room Safe•Free Wi-Fi•Free ParkingSome Westin property policies to note:•Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check in.•Westin requires a credit card at check-in to secure any on property charges (e.g. spa, restaurant, bar), which you may charge back to your folio. The system will hold these funds until check-out.•Housekeeping services, including daily service, are available for a fee. End of stay housekeeping is included.•No pets allowed•Smoking of any kind — including electronic cigarettes — is not permitted inside villas, but is permissible on the villa patio or balcony. If signs of smoking are detected in your villa, a $250 fee may be applied to your folio. Additionally, smoking is not permitted in the pools or on the pool deck areas. The resort also observes local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.•Recreational vehicles, trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be parked at the resort.
