Welcome to our beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo in the lush surroundings of Shorewalk Vacation Resort. Our condo is just over 1250 sq ft with plenty of room for families of 4 or 5 or 2 couples. The condo has been re-modeled to a high standard with new tile in master bathroom and shower, new tile throughout kitchen/living area and tile on the enclosed lanai overlooking the lake. There is a TV in the living room and in both bedrooms. The kitchen has all modern appliances with a breakfast dining area. From the lanai you can watch life go by or relax on the deck by the clubhouse. There are 2 heated swimming pools for your enjoyment and also a Jacuzzi/hot tub. Play a game of energetic tennis on one of the two courts or shoot some hoops at the basketball court. There is also ping pong tables or a pool table for your enjoyment around the swimming pool area. Shorewalk has a 30 acre site of landscaped gardens for you to enjoy a walk around. There are numerous restaurants for lunch and dinner, Publix food store is a short walk around the corner as well as a movie theatre and bowling alley. The beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and neighboring Bradenton beach are just a 10 minute car ride away.
