Please respect our neighbors as much as we do!Things to note:-Fireplace is for looks only. It is NOT for use.-Person making the reservation must be staying on property, unless given prior approval.-While we do have some life jackets, it is recommended to bring your own to ensure a proper fit.-Lake Hartwell is regulated by a dam so the water levels will vary. We are not responsible for the lake level.-Guests are responsible for following as lake, fishing and boating regulations.-There is absolutely no pets and no smoking in the house. If this rule is broken, you will be charged an extra $200 for deep cleaning of the house.-The kayak, paddle board and lake toys are for the use of our guests as an added bonus.
