You can also rent bikes to explore the island even more. This is also a great location for annual events like the 4th of July, Tybee Island Pirate Fest, and more.The open plan living space offers comfortable and brand new furnishings, a large flat-screen Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to grab a quick bite before heading out to a day at the beach or cooking a full dinner for the family. The backyard has a small courtyard with a gas grill for cooking out and is fully fenced in. The first 2 bedrooms are furnished with a King size bed and a Smart flatscreen TV. Each bedroom shares the bathroom that has a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds.There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the back of the duplex. Wifi is available. This home is pet-friendly for one adult dog under 50lbs, additional fee applies.
