The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Two bedrooms are furnished with King beds and smart flatscreen TVs. The third bedroom is furnished with two double beds. There are an in-unit washer and dryer. This side of the duplex is pet-friendly for one adult dog under 50lbs, with an additional fee. There is a small backyard area which also offers a gas grill for cookouts.This home is perfect for families and friends getaways looking for a great location and room to spread out, but still, be together! There is off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles in the back of the duplex. Wifi is available.
