Step outside on the half covered, half uncovered deck to shoot the breeze or soak in some sunshine, all while listening to the serenade of the shoreline below.The Master Suite includes a King bed, ocean views, private spa like bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub, smart TV, and access to the oceanfront deck. The second King bedroom offers marsh views, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, smart TV, and private balcony with incredible views of the marsh. The third bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed, marsh views, a smart TV and a rollaway twin sized cot.Relax by one of two community pools, play an afternoon tennis match or take a walk to the end of the Island to explore Mason’s Inlet, a natural shoreline filled with shells and island wildlife.Picture Perfect has access to the building elevator. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.**Parking instructions:2 spots under. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach cruiser bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
