If you are looking to bring a boat, we highly suggest checking the lake levels through the LCRA for Lake Travis (Mansfield). Boat Ramps are open when the level is below 679′ msl (mean sea level) and Boat Parking is open when lake levels are below 675′ msl.** There is an EXTERIOR monitoring camera at the entrance to the condo as well as cameras around the complex. Absolutely NO cameras on any interior areas of the condo whatsoever.*Property Damage Protection Fee: Our coverage safeguards you against accidental damages up to $1500, ensuring your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.No pets allowed- NO exceptions- there will be a $500 fine.We do have a rental agreement I will send you to sign and I have included the full list of rules here, but the main ones are:Don’t get too rowdy, but make sure to enjoy your stay!No smoking in unit or on balcony.Here is what the rental agreement will say:SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENTThis Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between _A Stay Above the Rest___ (“Homeowner”) and _____________________ (“Guest”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. Access: Guest shall allow A Stay Above the Rest access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner..8. Rental Rate and FeesDeposit: No security deposit is requiredCharge for Damages: Claims of damage will be communicated by A Stay Above the Rest within _14_ days of the Checkout Date based on the following:damage to the property or furnishings;dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; orany other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.Rental Rate. Rental rates will be communicated via booking site. Payment in full shall be due according to timeframe specified by listing site.9. *Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:_100_% (minus $40 admin fee) if cancelled >_30_ days prior to Check-in Date__0__% if cancelled inside of __30__ days prior to the Check-in DateIf rates fluctuate, both owner and guest will abide by rates agreed upon in this contract.*When booked through Marriott HVMB, these cancellation policies do not apply.
