The cottage is newly renovated with a brand-new kitchen, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and new tile flooring throughout. The tranquil coastal décor provides a relaxing space for the whole family. Beach chairs, wagons, umbrella, toys, and games are available for your use.The best part? The location! Not only are we only a 4-minute bike ride/10 minute walk to Gulf beach access but we are just steps away from the local tennis courts, playground, shuffleboard, basketball court, skate park, library, soccer field, and the 63rd bay side boat ramp (GREAT for fishing or launching kayaks!). Did we mention the bait shop is within walking distance too?There’s so much to do!Tired after a long day of hanging out at the beach?
