One of your favorites from Beach Bird Properties ! Golf cart included. Beautiful open floor plan 3 BR, 2BA house just a few rows back from the ocean. Great view of the lake and fountain for your morning coffee with even better views of the sunset. Just minutes to the 2 outdoor pools, children’s water park and indoor pool (open year round). Private beach parking with access to the magnificently soft sand of Surfside Beach. Amenities include baseball field, basketball, volley ball, bocce ball, tennis, pickle ball, and a shuffle board courts.We are a pet friendly property, there is a 45# limit on dogs size unless cleared by the owners. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee.We reserve the right to monitor the outside area of this property via home security devices.
