THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS ID#: 1812:PLEASE NOTE: This is a private home in a residential neighborhood and is not available for events or weddings. AS PER PALM SPRINGS LAW, OUTDOOR MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME DAY OR NIGHT! The property can accommodate 14 guests (a maximum of 12 Adults and 2 children 12 years and under). It is GREAT for families with children, family reunions and for couples get-togethers. Outdoor fireplaces, spa in a cave and a swim up bar make it perfect for getting together and enjoying friends and family.This beautiful 6,800 square foot estate has 6 fireplaces on the property. The pool has an island in the middle, with a BBQ, fireplace, patio table, hammock and sandy beach. The island is accessed by crossing the bridge from the mainland over the moving river. The spa is in a cave and has a slide from the top into the deepest part of the pool. The river circles the island. Jets can be turned on to create a current in the river. Use of the moving river is an optional feature. There is an additional fee for its use. The main house has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. There are two Casitas. The South Casita has a King bedroom a private kitchen and private bath. The North Casita has a Queen bedroom; it also has a Full/Twin Bunk bedroom that can be used by 2 children 12 and under, a shared bath, apartment size kitchen and its own living room. The property can accommodate 14 (At least 2 must be children twelve years of age and under).The pool, the island and the river: The pool has an island in the middle with a full BBQ kitchen, table, hammock, sandy beach and lounge chairs. You get to the island by crossing the bridge from the mainland over the river. The Spa is in a cave with a flowing waterfall and a slide from the top for some added adventure. Now for the River Adventure. The river actually moves!! You can raft down the river with the moving current! There is an additional per hour fee for use of the moving river and other water features. It is an optional feature. You use them as much or as little as you wish. You control turning them on and off.
