An excellent place to bring your family. Property has high speed internet. Although this townhouse is not pet friendly for guests, the owner does bring their dog when staying at the townhouse. If you have pet allergies, this would not be a good choice.Located in Seascape Sur renowned for its lush landscaping, waterfalls, streams and koi ponds. This gated oceanfront community offers underground, assigned parking with two swimming pools, two spas, two lighted tennis courts, and spacious patio area. Be sure to stroll along the Coastal Rail Trail or hike one of the many diverse trails at San Elijo Lagoon.
