Please be aware that the indoor staircase is a spiral staircase.Our location is conveniently within a short walking distance (1000 feet) from the public beach access walkway, and just a stone’s throw away from the Froggy Dog restaurant. In addition, we are just a short stroll from coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and more. For water sports enthusiasts, a boat launch is conveniently located just 50 yards away! Right next to the house, a long sidewalk extends all the way up to a shopping center featuring a Food Lion and additional shops.Enjoy breathtaking sunset views of the sound from the furnished decks, or take advantage of our amenities, including high-speed internet, a large flatscreen TV with a DVD player, and a curated collection of games and books.We provide linens, towels, beach chairs (2), and both indoor and outdoor hot showers. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of FREE WIFI, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a washer/dryer.For your convenience, a key code will be provided to access the house.Please note that this is a smoke-free property, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
