The fully equipped eat-in kitchen is just past the living area and has everything you’ll need for a home-cooked meal or to whip up cocktails for happy hour. The dining table in the kitchen seats two.The bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, while the units newly renovated full bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and a washer/dryer.Outside, enjoy your morning coffee on a shaded private brick patio with a charming wrought iron gate. Guests will have entire access to the apartment on the first floor of this building as well as an accompanying parking spot in the back of the house.Please be aware that this historical home may require additional considerations. Due to its age and historical significance, the insulation may not meet modern standards. As a result, during extremely hot months, the HVAC system may struggle to keep up with cooling demands.
