The timeline for completion seems to be 2 – 3 additional months as there are considerable custom fixtures, finishes, landscaping, and finally the fence to be installed between our two properties.There is a 14′ privacy screen around the entire subject construction site.The construction process is estimated to take approximately one year to complete. While we aim to provide an enjoyable experience for our guests, it’s essential to be aware that this neighboring construction project may lead to unforeseen inconveniences and delays. Regrettably, we cannot guarantee the precise timeline or the extent of its impact during your stay.Possible impacts may include, but are not limited to:Noise Disruptions: The construction will involve noisy activities, such as power tool usage, drilling, hammering, heavy machinery operations, crew conversation, and other audible noises.
