One of the best features is the lanai that takes in the (180 degree) wonderful beach views, enjoy sitting on the lanai watching the sunset after a day relaxing at the beach or poolside. This unit is one of only 42 units in a well-maintained building complete with two elevators and open walkways. Secure, under-building parking, a large heated pool, a/c clubhouse with kitchen, lounge area, bathrooms and outdoor BBQ all steps from waters edge. This small 7 story building has all the amenities you will need and is only a 15 minute drive from Sarasota Airport.Enjoy the pool or go out the gate and walk the white sand beach of Lido Key.
