Heated pool, Hot tub, Private beach access, Next to Ritz Carlton Beach club & famous Tiki bar, short walk to St. Armand’s circle for wonderful restaurants & shopping. Short drive to downtown Sarasota.One month minimum (per condo association). No partial month bookings (i.e. Jan 15 through Feb 16) for the months of Jan, Feb, & Mar. Any 30 day and greater booking for these months must include the entire month. Prospective guests are required to fill out a rental application with a fee of $100 payable to the association.
