Located at 170 Roosevelt Dr., SarasotaThe spaceStudio is tiny, yet roomy for 2 people. Completely remodeled.Guest accessWe have an on-site heated pool for the condo complex to use. On-site free parking for guests.Other things to noteWe offer a beach umbrella, and beach chairs and beach towels. Also, behind our complex is kayak rental. Bike rental within 2 blocks. VEO e scooter rentals found throughout the area. The Beach is a 7-min walk and there are 2 public access points.The location is amazing, but our vintage building was built in the 50’s, so keep that in mind so that your not expecting a brand new complex. Updates are always on-going. Our studio is small, yet comfortable.**NO Children & NO Electric Car Usage on complex allowed**
