Centrally located in the heart of Sea Pines, yet tucked away for rest and relaxation.The villa is 1750 square feet with cathedral ceilings in the living room to the upstairs sitting area. Three story windows flood the upstairs loft with natural light. One master suite bedroom and on-suite bathroom is on the first floor. Additional two master suite bedrooms each with on-suite bath are on the second floor. Dining room with table seating for 6-8. Kitchen with starter cooking supplies. Maximum number of guests is 6.Upgraded high-speed WIFI. Expanded cable TV with Showtime movie channels. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room. We provide a starter pack of toilet tissue, paper towels, dish towels, dish soap, and a dishwasher pod. Bath towels, bath amenities and linens are also provided. Each bedroom has its own on-suite full bathroom. Kitchen basics including coffee filters, sugar, creamer, and spices are also provided. Beach chairs and boogie boards are available for guest use. Beach towels are not provided.There is a nominal gate fee to enter Sea Pines that is not included in the cost of this rental. ($22-25/week).Maximum number of guests is 6.
