The Master Bedroom has an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and the bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The unit comes with a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.Parking passes will be purchased onsite through Lighthouse and Driver’s licenses will be checked when checking in. Guests may purchase up to 2 parking passes.*No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by Signature Properties. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
