Brand new living room furniture as of December 2022.• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom• Tile flooring is in the main living areas and carpet is in the bedrooms• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home with granite countertops. The dining room table seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating. This property also features a Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard coffee maker.• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit• The living area has a sofa sleeper• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV.
