Beautifully decorated and ideally located, you will vacation in style and luxury when staying at Lighthouse Watch condo. It is a top floor condo at One Ludington Place. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with the den equipped to be used as a third bedroom. From this lovely corner unit, enjoy all the comforts of home, while enjoying fabulous views of the surrounding waters and marina. The location is ideal and within easy walking distance to downtown stores, restaurants and markets, as well as beaches, parks and marinas. You could park your car in the underground parking structure and not need it again until it’s time to go home! Internet access is provided at the clubhouse and within the unit. The inner courtyard has a pool and spa and a large green area. Gas grills located in common area for all to use.Bed linens and towels provided.**NOTE**: Summer peak 7 (seven) night minimum Saturday to Saturday. Spring, Fall, and off season 3 (three) night minimum. Callfor reservations or questions.Pool is seasonal and generally open from Memorial – Labor Day weekend. Subject to change without notice.
