We just ask you to leave the heat on when you depart the home. In addition, ceiling fans provided in every room of the house for those who need constant airflow. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of counter space in an open floor plan. The home has landscaping and a small fenced area on a corner lot. You have access to hiking areas like Sycamore falls and lakes like White Horse Lake, Dog Town Lake, and a 6 mile drive to Kaibab Lake. We have an instruction book inside that layout all the areas hiking trails, fishing and lakes. We are less than 2 miles from Bearizona and the Deer Farm is just 7 miles away. Enjoy the town of Williams with downtown shoot outs, a Historical Brewery and more. see the South Rim of the Grand Canyon! You may also want to enjoy a drive to Sedona to view the red rocks and Oak Creek!The shopping is amazing and includes but is not limited to Native American jewelry, art galleries, clothing, and souvenirs. The local grocery store in Williams is a Safeway. All just a few blocks away from this home.
