This little blue cottage is eclectically styled and located close to downtown Sarasota, making it easy to plan your visit. Located in an urban area, this little cottage provides easy access to Siesta Key and the many shops that make Sarasota a great city to visit.The cottage is located in the historically diverse African American neighborhood of Newtown in Sarasota. The cottage itself is located on the end of a quiet street surrounded by neighbors local to the Sarasota area and has a gate around the back and a camera to monitor the front area. Guests are encouraged to reach out with any questions or concerns about the location or navigating the neighborhood.Located around 2 miles from the Marie Selby Gardens, approximately 9-10 miles to Siesta Key beach, and 4-5 miles from Lido Key Beach and St. Armands Circle. Our Little Blue Cottage is also conveniently located around 2-3 miles from the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport and only 1 mile from the Ringling College of Art and Design.Enjoy some rest and relaxation in the outdoor space equipped with a fire pit, barbeque grill, and warm lighting.
