Come enjoy your own little slice of paradise! The updated cottage-chic decor combines natural beachy tones and whites, giving Little Drip a fresh feel only accentuated by plenty of natural light. The cozy living room features a 50″ HDTV TV, and with a new queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper chair, there is plenty of seating and guest sleeping space. The cottage has an open floor plan with the living room opening into the kitchen on one side and out onto the screened porch on the other. The fully stocked kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, white countertops and an aquamarine tile backsplash. The bedroom is located off the kitchen and has a new king bed as well as a 40″ 4K TV. Enjoy a full premium cable package for those rare rainy days, including a subscription to HBO, Starz, Cinemax, and Showtime. The cottage also has high speed internet throughout. Situated close to “the washout” and right on the beach, this home is in a great location. Outside, there is a screened in porch with cozy outdoor furniture and string lights. A perfect spot to relax with a book while listening to the ocean. Just steps from the porch is a recently added 11’x14′ heated pool with jets. The pool offers an oceanside oasis, perfect for a relaxing dip under the starry sky. Finding a beachfront home with a pool on Folly is a rarity- Little Drip is truly one of a kind.
