This location is desirable for being walking distance to Duval Street and the proximity to 5 star restaurants, art galleries and all that Key West has to offer.The house is furnished in a coastal cottage décor. The living room has a sofa and seating area that overlooks a quiet deck, that is perfect for drinking your morning coffee. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Dining area with table and seating for 4 or you can eat outside on the deck under the beautiful banyan tree. The banyan tree provides shade to the side deck that also has a hot tub. The master bedroom has a King size bed with an armor, desk and TV. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (that can be made into a king, when request). The home has 2 bathrooms, perfect for those that don’t want to share. Home has high speed Wi-Fi, cable, central air and ceiling fans in every room, linen for all bedding.
