Perfect for a quick stay or a long retreat this waterfront gem is loaded with character and modern amenities. Interior boasts one level living- kitchen opening to great room and dining area with plenty of windows to enjoy the lake views.Boat ramp suitable for kayaks, jet-skis, pontoons, ski-boats, & bass boats.Good bass & catfishing off the dock (poles not included).Guest accessYou will have access to the entire home.Other things to noteHouse is a 1956 cottage so there are minor imperfections in the floor and drywall.
