Max speed of 10MPH we have kids on bikes or picking berries alongside the road and lots of wildlife crossing… turtles, quail, pheasant, turkeys, deer, chickens, ducks just to name a few.Access to the river for guests of the Manor house is at the end of the dirt road next to the cottage.
