This 4BD, 3BA private home has a detached Casita which flows out to the outdoor fire pit patio. Large open island-style kitchen opens to outdoor lounge. The backyard is a private oasis that includes a large kid-friendly pool with attached spa, outdoor lounge beds and chairs, pool toys/games and floats. Optional Pool heat is available at an additional cost of $75/day. This is recommended October through May.There is designated space with turf for activities/games including cornhole, table tennis and ladder toss.The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with a large grassy open space across the street.This home is minutes away from the Empire Polo Grounds, Coachella and Stage Coach Music Festivals, world class golf & tennis, and luxurious world class shopping and dining.For the outdoor enthusiasts, the Bear Creek Oasis Trail is just 10 minutes away.Please note that pool and gardening may arrive during your stay. Be advised they will enter yard on their own without notice, but most of the time they are in and out without anyone noticing.
