All kitchen appliances were newly installed in November 2023.**High-end furnishings!**The carpeted master suite features a high quality, super comfortable thick mattress, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a separate glass-enclosed shower, garden tub, double vanity, and generous storage and closet space. The guest bedroom, also carpeted features a queen size bed, ample closet space, and flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan with an adjoining full bath. The bunk alcove is great for also great for extra guests as well as the sleeper sofa.**Wood tile flooring throughout the entrance and family room.The living room is spacious with full-length windows that connect you to the magic of the Gulf. The coastal decor of this condo will make you feel like you are at home but within arm’s reach of the sun, sand, and beach.**Wand-controlled blinds in the living room with ‘blackout feature’.**The kitchen has full-size appliances, fully stocked with all necessary smaller appliances.*Keurig Duo: Single Cup plus Regular Coffee Maker**Aqua requires wristbands to be worn by all guests while using the pools, beach chair services, grills, gym, etc. These will be provided for your stay. It is very important to list the proper number of guests in the reservation so the appropriate number of wristbands will be provided.**FREE WI-FI throughout the condo.**Keyless Entry – No formal “check-in” is required! No keys to return!**Covered parking – maximum of two spaces allowed with registered vehicles.
