Relax in comfy queen with high-end bedding or head out to the huge private outdoor space.There is a large walk-in closet as well for you to unpack and enjoy the space to its fullest.Like most of San Diego, this rental is pet friendly and we charge a flat fee of $45 per pet, per stay. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.SMOKING• Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you’re a regular smoker and feel you’ll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.EVENTS & GATHERINGS• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.SECURITY• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.VISITORS• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay.
