No detail has been overlooked and has been thoughtfully planned around your vacation pleasure!Enter the home through the 1300 Sq Ft. deck under the canopy of a 300-year-old Live Oak Tree from where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage and experience the active vibe of East Beach.Inside you will find a large great room off the kitchen. This area includes a very large den with a large-screen HDTV, a dining area, and a gourmet kitchen.Off the kitchen leading out to the large screened porch and pool area, you have a cozy spot to enjoy the pool from inside the house with a wet bar (including an ice maker and refrigerator).Bedrooms:- Downstairs master Suite (King), overlooks backyard pool area, equipped with a large fireplace and a stunning new ensuite bath, smart TV, and French doors leading out to the pool deck.- Downstairs Queen – has work/study area, adjoining bathroom with combination tub/shower. Smart TV and French doors to the screened porch.- Upstairs Master (King) – overlooks the live oak tree tops and features vaulted ceilings, a fire, a quaint single-size napping nook, a huge walk-in closet, and smart TV. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould’s Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.MORE INFOPets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $200 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can’t host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.
