This property comes with extra conference chairs to fit your entire team. It has 6 separate work stations/desks for productivity and work before you head out to play. Also a perfect place to use as a home base as you explore the abundant outdoor activities near by or as you make the 30-45 min trip to DC to experience the museums and everything that our nations capital has to offer.We LOVE Loudoun County! I gotta tell you, this location is the bee’s knees! I mean, seriously, there is so much to do here! The community is super walkable, and the Potomac River is about a mile away. In Loudoun there are so many amazing options for the outdoor enthusiast. There are several parks with pavilions, picnic areas, and boat launches. Perfect for kayaking, stand-up paddle-boarding, swimming, fishing, or taking your boat out to the Potomac River!And if you’re into nature, Kincora Heron Nature Trail and Algonkian’s Regional Park are just a couple of miles away, and Volcano Island Water Park is just a splash away! If you’re in the mood for some entertainment, One Loudoun is right down the road with Alamo movie theater and plenty of amazing restaurants to choose from.Oh, and wine lovers, listen up!
